These terms are an agreement between you and NGN Consulting Corp. (“we”, “us”), the company behind Restyle (“the app”). By downloading or using Restyle you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. How we handle your data is explained separately in our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Restyle. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to use the app and to make any purchase. If you use Restyle on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
Restyle takes a photo of a room and creates an AI-generated redesign in the style you choose, with suggestions for products that look similar to what appears in the design. Redesigns can be created on your device or by AI cloud rendering, as described in the Privacy Policy.
AI-generated images are approximate. They may change details of your room, show furniture, finishes, or colors that don’t exist or won’t look the same in real life, and they are not drawn to scale. Don’t rely on a Restyle design for measurements, structural, electrical, plumbing, or safety decisions — consult a qualified professional before building, renovating, or buying.
You keep all rights to the photos you add. You give us permission to process each photo only as needed to create the design you asked for (including sending it to our AI service and its providers, as the Privacy Policy describes).
You may use the designs Restyle creates for you for any personal or commercial purpose — for example, to plan a project, share with a contractor, or post online. Because designs are generated by AI, similar images may be generated for other people, and we can’t promise a design is unique or free of third-party rights.

If an AI-generated design is offensive or inappropriate, please tap the flag icon on that design to report it. We may suspend access to our AI service for anyone who breaks these rules.
All purchases are made through Google Play and are also subject to Google Play’s terms. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Product suggestions are ideas for similar pieces in your design’s style, offered for convenience. They are not identified from the image, and prices shown are estimates. Tapping “Shop” opens a search on a retailer’s website, such as Amazon or Wayfair. We don’t sell those products and aren’t responsible for their availability, price, quality, or delivery; your purchase is between you and the retailer. Some links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Restyle on devices you own or control, under these terms and Google Play’s terms. The app, its design, and its content (other than your photos and designs) belong to us or our licensors. We may update, change, or discontinue features, including AI models and providers, at any time.
Restyle is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free service. AI results vary, and we don’t guarantee any particular outcome.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Restyle. Our total liability for any claim relating to Restyle is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
You can stop using Restyle at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access to our AI service if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as disclaimers and limits of liability) survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we change them materially, we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use Restyle after a change means you accept the updated terms.
