By downloading or using Face Retouch: AI Photo Editor ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
The App enhances photos of faces using AI models that run entirely on your device. An optional natural-language editing feature sends a short text instruction and numeric style settings (never images or biometric data) to a server-side proxy to interpret your request.
The App offers a free tier and optional paid tiers (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, Lifetime) billed through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Feature Commitment: features included at purchase are never removed for that tier without a full refund offered, and there is no usage throttling on any paid tier.
Photos you edit in the App remain yours. The App does not upload, store, or transmit your photos to any server — all processing happens on your device.
You agree not to use the App to create content that is unlawful, infringing, or that depicts real individuals without their consent in a misleading or harmful way.
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
